Dramatic views of the Tampa Bay city skyline can have a very dramatic effect on your clients and business partners. Making sure that the conference room can accommodate the right amount of people for a typical meeting is important. If the room is not large enough it can make people feel cramped and possibly not included if there is not enough room at the table. A client could feel offended or even snubbed and it could potentially ruin a deal. If the room is too large the meeting could lose its sense of intimacy and give the client a cold, distant feeling.
